How does it work?

Our all-new summer incentive program offers you the chance to win a share of $33,333!*

Eligibility: 

• All casual and part-time staff (excluding level 3 staff)
• Work a minimum of 20 shifts between December 1 2023 and January 30 2024

How to earn:

Accumulate credits based on your attendance and punctuality. After January 30 we’ll tally up all the credits issued and distribute the $33,333 evenly among the number of credits in the pot. Your total cash prize will be determined by the number of credits issued and how many you’ve earned.

Earn credits by:

• Attending at least 90% of your accepted shifts = 1 credit 
• On-time attendance to at least 90% of your shifts = 1 credit

That means you can earn up to 2 credits by achieving both of these, which will double your share of the prize! Please check with your Manager if you have any questions about the Summer Incentive Program!
